Hello Internet!

It’s been very stormy this week! Must be nearly summer! This week has been mostly revising, so sitting in F-common all day every day surrounded by books! Such fun! Although the kitchen have been lovely and provide us with snack at 11 and 3 to keep us going – revision is going to make me fat! haha

On Friday I had one last catch u with Katie from back home and that was lovely but pretty short as I was very aware that I should be revising for my exam on Monday. Monday was the biol2001 Australia’s Terrestrial Environment exam, and aside from one question that I have absolutely no clue what the answer was, I think it went okay? Hopefully. Also, at the risk of sounding like a total nerd, I’ve found that listening to Chopin is really nice for revision! Mostly because there’s no words so i can’t sing along, but there we go!

Monday was Elise’s birthday, so I went out with her and a few of her friends for dinner at Southbank, which was lovely, but then I skipped out early and headed back to the books – not nearly as fun, but a necessary evil. Especially since the entirety of the next day was spent freaking out over my up-coming exam and how much detail I needed to know and whether I’d spent too much time focussing on the exam I’d had on Monday.

However, Wednesday rolled around and I can honestly say that I have not been this nervous for an exam for quite a while! However, I think it went okay? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Aside from all the studying it’s been quite nice as my birthday cards/presents have been arriving in the post and any cards for Christmas, since I won’t be at college for Christmas. In fact, I’m still not sure where I’m going to be at all at Christmas, I know I’m in Brisbane and then heading to the Sunshine Coast but I still have no-where to stay! haha, It’ll work out!

We also got given our yearbooks today, which was lovely. There were loads of photos from this semester, and several from the semester before I arrived, so I’ll have to make sure I get the one for 2016 so I can get the photos from semester 1 next year!

So far I’ve got Sydney and the East Coast train-trip planned, which pretty much takes me up to when my parents arrive if I stay in Brisbane for Christmas and New year. So now I just have Tasmania and the great Ocean Road to book and that’s my summer holiday sorted! So Excited!!!

Also, three days until I’m 21, how nuts is that?!
